Over our three levels of training floors you'll find everything from resistance training to yoga and relaxation areas, specialised cardio rooms, ab and stretching studios, as well as expansive areas for group training and group fitness. Our long history as a premier body building destination also means you will find equipment here unique to Sydney - additional loading leg machines, specialised benches for back, some of the newest pin-load machines, and a vast range of weight on our dumbbell rack.
Maintenance and safety are primary concerns, all of our equipment is maintained by our in-house technical staff. And because how you use the gear is as important as what you’re using - our staff are always present to instruct you on any piece of equipment we have.
